Due to Our Continued expansion plans, we are currently looking to fill the following vacancies.......
1. Company Administration Assistant
This important role will entail all aspects of administration of the company - filing, bought ledger, payment ledger, invoicing, VAT returns and compliance, Payroll, etc etc. Ideally, the post would entail 16 hours per week over 2 days, at both Goring and Watlington stores, and would also include general office duties such as answering the telephone, serving customers, booking appointments etc etc. The Salary is negotiable, and the ideal candidate would have some experience of all of the above, as well as a full driving licence. Computer literacy is essential for this post. Please note that this Vacancy is now filled.
2. Trainee Store Manager
We are currently on the look out for new sites to expand our business into. A Store Manager would be responsible for all aspects of running the shop, from customer service, to estimating, and an ability to organise his/ her time efficiently. A genuine love of flooring is required, and a degree of computer literacy is also hugely beneficial. By joining as a trainee manager you would learn all aspects of the 'Diamond Standard' before being left to run your own store as and when an oppurtunity arises.
3. Flooring Installers
As the business expands, we will need to recruit more Flooring installers. The Diamond Standard is very high, and as our Installers leave the final impression on the customer, we will only accept the very best installers for our products. If you meet these criteria, and have a 'Can Do' mentality with excellent Customer Service skills, and can fit Carpets, Karndean, Wood, Laminate, Vinyl, Coir and Sisal, Marmoleum, Polysafe, Altro, Safety Floors, and can also Latex/ Plyboard please feel free to contact us. To start with, you need to have your own van (less than 5 years old) and tools.
